Currently working as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Operations at The British School, Chanakayapuri, Delhi, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur is among the few who would work to make a difference. She is a part of the International Mindedness PLC (Professional Learning Communities) group which is a sub-group of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) at The British School, which aims to engage, enhance and continuously develop skills, knowledge and experience for the benefit of the individual, group and school outcomes.She has assisted and coordinated with the CIS re-accreditation process wherein responsibility was assigned to compile all domains and create a VT for the Health and Safety (operations) highlighting all important facets of the school.

She is the Senior Responsible Officer by the British High Commission and The British School to manage and coordinate for The British School Ball, a yearly event hosted at the British High Commissioner’s residence in New Delhi. TBS staff, parents and alumni are invited to this event. Responsible for liaising and coordinating with the British High Commission, vendors and TBS Board of Governors for the smooth functioning of the event.and also assisted and coordinated with the CIS re-accreditation process wherein responsibility was assigned to compile all domains and create a VT for the Health and Safety (operations) highlighting all important facets of the school. Recording and voiceover for the video was also done.

She is the Communication Leader for the Operations Team and member of the PLC Communications Leader’s team which meets on a monthly basis and discusses any important points or events that need to be communicated or highlighted between departments. and also the Project Coordinator for the Operations department in regard to any issues arising out of the use of Grant Thorton software compliances. and also the team member for the Transition sub-group for the TBS CIS International Mindedness committee which meets twice or thrice a month to strategize on effective transition for students, staff and parents within the school community and online.

She has worked as an Executive Assistant to the School Director at Genesis Global School, Noida.
